Hiring: HR Caller / Recruitment Caller (Remote)

We're looking for a reliable HR caller to join our team and handle candidate outreach by phone.

What you'll do:

• Call candidates from our provided lists to introduce open positions
• Conduct short initial screenings (availability, experience, interest)
• Schedule interviews with our hiring team
• Keep call records and candidate status updated in our tracker
• Follow up with candidates who missed calls or need reminders

What we're looking for:

• Clear, confident spoken English
• Prior experience in recruitment calling, telecalling, or customer support preferred
• Reliable internet and a quiet environment for calls

Details:

• Remote position, flexible hours
• Pay: [hourly rate or per-call rate - e.g., $15/hour or fixed monthly]

• Training provided on our process and scripts
