Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) Medical Aesthetics

The Skin Code is a growing aesthetic practice specializing in natural facial balancing and injectables. We’re looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant who loves creating an exceptional client experience and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

Hours

• Part-time (10–15 hours/week to start)
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunity to grow into additional hours

Responsibilities

• Respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs
• Follow up with new leads and past inquiries
• Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
• Manage memberships and client communication
• Send appointment reminders and post-treatment follow-ups
• Request Google reviews
• Upload and schedule social media content
• Create simple graphics in Canva
• Send email newsletters
• Organize Google Drive and client documents
• Assist with special projects as the business grows

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
• Experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok)
• Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or healthcare office is highly preferred
• HIPAA awareness is a plus
