I am looking for a dependable, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help manage several growing e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can follow instructions, work independently, conduct accurate online research, and complete tasks without needing constant supervision.
This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to receive additional hours and long-term employment based on performance.
Main Responsibilities
? Create and update product listings on Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, and other selling platforms.
? Write clear, accurate, and persuasive product titles and descriptions.
? Research comparable products, pricing, keywords, competitors, and recent sold listings.
? Upload product photos and organize product information.
? Update inventory, prices, SKUs, variants, and product categories.
? Assist with order tracking and basic customer-service messages.
? Research vendors, products, events, and business opportunities.
? Create simple Canva graphics when needed.
? Enter information into spreadsheets and keep records organized.
? Complete other administrative and e-commerce tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
? Strong written and spoken English.
? Experience with e-commerce product listings.
? Excellent internet research skills.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Ability to follow written and video instructions.
? Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
? Ability to meet deadlines and communicate consistently.
? Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and spreadsheets.
? Honest, dependable, and willing to ask questions when instructions are unclear.

Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred:

? Poshmark
? Mercari
? Facebook Marketplace

? Product and keyword research
? Customer support
? Social-media scheduling
You do not have to know every platform, but you must be willing and able to learn quickly.
Schedule
? Approximately 20 hours per week to start.
? Monday through Friday.
? Some schedule flexibility is available, but you must provide regular progress updates.
? You must be available for occasional communication during U.S. Central Time business hours.
Compensation
Starting pay: $4.00 USD per hour
There will be opportunities for increased pay, additional hours, performance bonuses, and long-term employment for someone who is reliable and produces high-quality work.
