Position Overview
Working directly with the Marketing Director, you will assist with the creation, organization, and publishing of social media content across multiple platforms. All branding, creative direction, strategy, and content planning will be provided. Your role is to execute that vision with consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools).
2. Create carousel posts, promotional graphics, quote graphics, and educational content.
3. Resize content for Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Stories.
4. Edit simple short-form videos and Reels from provided footage.
5. Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
6. Create Stories using existing assets and campaigns.
7. Maintain and organize digital asset libraries.
8. Follow established brand guidelines and visual standards.
9. Coordinate revisions and approvals with the Brand Director.
10. Assist with maintaining the content calendar.
11. Ensure all published content is accurate, polished, and on schedule.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong visual design skills.
Comfortable receiving creative feedback.
Reliable, proactive, and communicative.
Interest in wellness, education, or healthcare content.
