Virtual Assistant – Events Outreach & Lead Generation
We're hiring Virtual Assistants throughout July, August, and September for ongoing remote work.
???? Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour
? Available Work: 25–40 hours per week
???? Remote Position
Your main job is to find upcoming events, collect accurate contact information, and reach out to event organizers.
What You'll Do

• Find and organize upcoming events
• Research event organizers and contact information
• Send cold email s and DMs
• Make cold calls when assigned
• Follow up with leads
• Help schedule appointments
• Keep lead information organized
• Use Canva for basic designs
• Handle basic video editing when needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Can:

• Communicate clearly in English
• Research and find leads efficiently
• Use Canva and video editing software
• Handle cold email , DM, and phone outreach
• Consistently follow up with leads
• Follow instructions and stay organized
• Work independently and communicate with the team

Experience is helpful, but reliability, communication, and the ability to learn our system are most important.
We understand that life happens. Scheduling is flexible as long as you communicate ahead of time so the team can plan accordingly.
We're actively hiring throughout July, August, and September.
