Short Form Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled short form video editor to join our remote team full time.

You must:

deeply understand Instagram/TikTok short form content
have strong instincts for hooks, pacing and retention
be fast, reliable and detail oriented
understand captions, sound design and attention flow
be able to follow brand styles and creative direction closely

We work with large creator brands and focus heavily on performance driven editing, emotional retention and high quality output.

Requirements:

experience editing short form content professionally
strong understanding of viral pacing and storytelling
fluent English communication
reliable internet/computer setup
able to work remotely and hit deadlines consistently
