YouTube Video Editor — Finance Channel (Long-Term Role)

I run a growing personal finance YouTube channel (talking-head style) and I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented video editor to join me long-term. You’ll edit 2 long-form videos (8–15 min) and 2 YouTube Shorts per week, with shorts mostly clipped from long-form content.

Your Weekly Workload:

• 2 long-form talking-head videos (cuts, captions, b-roll, simple motion graphics, sound design)
• 2 vertical Shorts (clipped and reformatted from long-form footage)

Requirements:

• 2+ years editing experience (YouTube channels preferred)
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Understands YouTube retention editing and Shorts formatting
• Strong English comprehension (finance terminology)
• Reliable internet + ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Available for feedback/revisions within 24 hours
