We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team focused on Leeds rental properties and motivated seller leads.

Applicants must have near-native English communication skills, experience with Follow Up Boss, and be highly comfortable making outbound cold calls to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Cold call property owners and motivated seller leads
• Speak with homeowners to determine interest in selling their property
• Build rapport and handle objections professionally
• Update Follow Up Boss CRM accurately
• Follow up with leads consistently
• Schedule appointments for acquisitions team when appropriate

Requirements

• C2 English proficiency or near-native fluency
• Experience using Follow Up Boss CRM
• Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners daily
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Previous real estate wholesale experience preferred
• Experience with motivated seller campaigns is a major plus
