About the role
Our company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This remote position plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly — from employee coordination to client communication and process documentation.
Key responsibilities
Employee support -General office assistance during offsite jobs, payroll entry, and review of employee clock-in records to ensure accuracy.
Client support -Assisting with client scheduling, composing and sending follow-up email s, and distributing invoicing links to clients in a timely manner.
Social media - Light posting assistance and organization of before-and-after project photos for use across social platforms.
Standard operating procedures - Developing and documenting SOPs to support consistent operations and onboarding across the business.
Data entry & lead research - Researching for new business leads and utilizing websites to identify potential referral partners.
Requirements
Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (USA-CA TIMEZONE) ? 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (PH)
*Strong organizational and written communication skills*
Experience with administrative support, scheduling, or office coordination preferred
Comfortable with data entry, online research, and social media management
