About the Role

Chargebacks & Trustpilot Specialist

We are a fast-growing supplement brand serving customers worldwide, and we're looking for a dedicated Chargebacks & Trustpilot Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a professional, empathetic, and brand-appropriate manner.
Contact customers by phone to resolve concerns, improve their experience, and encourage satisfied customers to leave or update their Trustpilot reviews.
Develop strategies to increase the number of positive Trustpilot reviews while maintaining compliance with Trustpilot's guidelines.
Handle chargeback disputes from start to finish by gathering evidence and submitting compelling responses.
Monitor chargeback cases and track dispute outcomes.
Work closely with the customer support team to identify trends and recommend ways to reduce future chargebacks.
Review Shopify orders and customer history to support dispute investigations.
Maintain accurate records and follow internal SOPs.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience handling chargebacks and trustpilot business account
Experience managing Trustpilot reviews and improving online reputation.
Strong working knowledge of Shopify.
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
