Foodees Fest is hiring a highly skilled Senior Social Media Graphic Designer to help develop creative content for one of the fastest-growing food festival companies in the United States. We produce large-scale food festivals across multiple states, bringing together food trucks, restaurants, artisans, crafters, sponsors, and thousands of attendees for full weekends of food and community.
This is not a basic graphic design position. We are looking for a designer who understands how visual content performs on Facebook , Instagram, and paid advertising platforms. The right person must know how to create designs that capture attention, increase engagement, communicate clearly, and motivate people to attend events.
This role requires strong design ability, excellent English communication, and a clear understanding of social media engagement. We need someone who can think strategically about design, not just create attractive graphics. The ideal candidate understands visual hierarchy, audience behavior, scroll-stopping creative, food-focused marketing, event promotion, and brand consistency.
The designer in this role will create social media graphics, event advertisements, carousel posts, vendor spotlight graphics, sponsor graphics, countdown graphics, promotional designs, and other creative assets for Facebook , Instagram, and digital advertising. This person will also work closely with our marketing and advertising team to improve creative performance and help build a stronger, more recognizable Foodees Fest brand.
Applicants must have experience designing for social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram. Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising creative is strongly preferred. The right candidate should be comfortable using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, or similar professional design platforms. Experience with CapCut, motion graphics, short-form video editing, AI image tools, restaurant marketing, food marketing, tourism marketing, or event marketing is a strong advantage.
We are especially interested in candidates who understand that great design is not only about appearance. Great design should create action. It should make people stop scrolling, read the message, engage with the post, share the content, click for more information, or d ---------- to attend an event. We want someone who can explain why a design works, what the viewer should notice first, and how the creative supports the marketing goal.
