Phone Sales Rep (US Cleaning Company) $7-9/hourly + uncapped commission

We're hiring two high-performing sales representatives to help convert inbound leads for our residential cleaning company based in Houston, Texas. If you're a consistent top-performing sales rep but feel like your income and career growth are being capped, this is for you.

PAY
Base of $7-$9 USD/hour based on experience
Up to 5% uncapped commission additionally. Earn commission starting with your first booked sale.

Typical earnings during ramp:
$1,100-$1,400/month

Full-time reps typically earn:
$1,600-$2,100+/month

Monthly HMO allowance
13th month pay eligibility

SCHEDULE
45-day ramp at approximately 28 hours/week. Successful completion opens full time schedule between 8:30 AM-5:30 PM US Central Time

OUR HIRING PROCESS
Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom group interview. Finalists will participate in a paid mock sales session because we'd rather see you sell than simply talk about selling. We're hiring two people and expect to make our final decision by July 27.
