We are looking for an exceptional Virtual General Manager / Office Manager to become one of the key leaders of our company.
This is NOT a virtual assistant position, and it is NOT a typical 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM job.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, take ownership, solve problems, make decisions, and help run and grow the business alongside the owner.
Our goal is to find someone who will eventually be trusted to manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will be involved in nearly every aspect of the business, including:
- Managing the daily schedule for technicians and jobs
- Answering customer calls professionally
- Following up with leads and existing customers
- Negotiating with customers and helping close sales
- Coordinating technicians and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
- Solving operational problems before they become bigger issues
- Ordering equipment, materials, and supplies
- Building relationships with vendors and creating new supplier accounts
- Finding new vendors and business partners to improve operations
- Monitoring daily performance and identifying ways to improve efficiency
- Keeping the office organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Working directly with the owner to improve systems, processes, and company growth
What We’re Looking For

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Office Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
- Excellent English communication, both spoken and written
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Confident negotiating with customers and helping close deals
- Experience managing schedules, teams, and daily operations
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet professional workspace
Schedule
This is a leadership position, not a standard office job.
The position generally requires:
- Minimum 6 days per week
- Typically 10–12 hours per day
- Flexibility to handle urgent operational issues when needed
