Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Virtual Assistant

About the Role

• Nutshel is an AI-enabled visual food-tracking app. We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to help us find and contact Instagram and TikTok creators for paid influencer partnerships.
• Your main responsibility will be researching creators who fit our target profile, recording them in Google Sheets, finding their contact information, and sending outreach email s using templates we provide.
• As we build up the influencer pipeline, responsibilities may expand to include broader influencer management & marketing needs.
• This role requires great judgment around whether a creator has strong content, authentic engagement, and a natural fit with Nutshel.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified Instagram and TikTok creators
• Review their niche, content quality, recent views, engagement, and brand fit
• Focus on creators in areas such as healthy recipes, meal prep, fitness, wellness, weight loss, nutrition, moms, nurses, and specialized diets
• Record creator information in Google Sheets
• Find email addresses and other contact details
• Send approved outreach email s and follow-ups
• Avoid duplicates and keep outreach statuses organized
• Flag interested creators for the founder to review

Ideal Candidate

• Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Strong written English
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to follow detailed criteria and improve based on feedback
• Experience with influencer sourcing, lead generation, outreach, or social media research is preferred

• Have authentic content and engagement
• Receive meaningful views & comments
• Could naturally feature a food-tracking app
• Are realistic candidates for a paid partnership
• The role will begin with a paid trial period of 4 weeks. At first, most of your time will be spent sourcing creators. Once you understand our criteria, you will begin handling outreach and follow-ups.
