We are a fast-growing supplement brand serving customers worldwide, and we're looking for a Trustpilot & Customer Reputation Specialist to help grow and maintain our online reputation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a professional, empathetic, and brand-appropriate manner.
Contact customers by phone or email to resolve concerns and improve their overall experience.
Encourage satisfied customers to leave honest Trustpilot reviews while following Trustpilot's guidelines.
Follow up with customers after issues have been resolved and invite them to update their reviews when appropriate.
Develop strategies to increase the number of positive Trustpilot reviews.
Monitor Trustpilot performance and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the customer support team to resolve recurring customer issues.
Maintain accurate records and follow internal SOPs.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience managing Trustpilot or other online review platforms for an eCommerce brand.
Experience improving a company's online reputation.
Strong working knowledge of Shopify
Comfortable making outbound phone calls to customers.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
