About the Role

Scrub Club Denver is a fast-growing luxury Airbnb cleaning company serving Denver and the surrounding mountain communities. We help vacation rental owners deliver five-star guest experiences by providing reliable, detail-oriented turnover cleaning.

We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who enjoys organization, solving problems, and communicating with people. This is much more than answering email s—we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our operations team.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for raises and advancement.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer email s, texts, and inquiries
  • Coordinate daily cleaning schedules
  • Communicate with our cleaning teams throughout the day. You will build close relationships with these members and be in charge of leading a cleaning team.
  • Follow up on completed jobs
  • Assist with booking management
  • Update Google Sheets and internal systems
  • Create and send invoices
  • Manage client communication
  • Review photos submitted by cleaners
  • Help maintain quality control
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding
  • Help improve company systems and processes
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Available to overlap with U.S. Mountain Time business hours
  • Strong English communication skills

Compensation

Starting Pay: $5–$9 USD/hour (depending on experience)

40 hours per week

Performance reviews and raises based on results.
