About the Role

Hi!

My name is Ilco Toebes, and I run a successful Shopify eCommerce store. I'm currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join my team.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer email s and support tickets through our customer support system Hostinger Email .
Handle order inquiries, shipping updates, returns, refunds, and customer complaints professionally
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Keep customer conversations organized and follow internal procedures
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and clear communication

Working Hours
Two shifts:
09:00 – 10:00 CET
15:00 – 16:00 CET
The exact workload depends on the number of customer inquiries each day.
Requirements

Experience with Shopify (required)
Experience with an email or customer support platform Hostinger Email .
Excellent written English
Friendly, professional, and patient communication
Reliable internet connection
Able to work independently
Previous eCommerce customer service experience is preferred

Compensation
$ 2.50 USD per hour
Paid weekly/monthly via Wise
