Foodees Fest is hiring a highly skilled Meta Ads Strategist to help us grow attendance for large-scale food festivals across the United States.
This is not a basic virtual assistant role. This is not a simple social media posting role. We need someone who deeply understands Facebook and Instagram advertising, can clearly explain strategy in excellent English, and can help us build a repeatable system for driving 30,000+ attendees to public events.
The right person must be able to think, communicate, analyze, and lead us through what is happening inside Meta Ads Manager.
Responsibilities
You will build, manage, analyze, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple Foodees Fest events.
You must be able to create full campaign structures, recommend budgets, build audiences, test creative, manage retargeting, review campaign performance, and explain what needs to change.
You must be able to communicate clearly in English through written messages, meetings, strategy notes, and reports. We need someone who can help us understand the “why” behind campaign performance, not just push buttons inside Ads Manager.
