We're looking for someone who can run the day-to-day of our online store so things don't fall through the cracks — listings stay updated, orders go smoothly, and problems get caught before they turn into bigger issues. If you've worked inside Amazon Seller Central or Shopify before and actually know your way around, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating and updating product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
Monitoring inventory levels and flagging when stock is running low
Managing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or issues
Responding to customer questions and reviews
Doing basic keyword and competitor research to improve listings
Tracking sales performance and reporting anything unusual
Assisting with promotions, deals, and seasonal listing updates
What We're Looking For
At least 1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms
Comfortable with product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus)
Detail-oriented — a wrong price or typo in a listing can cost real money
Good written English for customer communication
Able to work independently and stay on top of daily tasks without being micromanaged
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon PPC or sponsored ads
Familiarity with Etsy, Walmart, or other marketplaces
Basic photo editing skills for product images
