Chat Support Representative

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Chat Support Representative to join our team long-term.

This is a serious opportunity for someone who speaks excellent English, is intelligent, motivated, eager to learn, and interested in growing within the company over time. Job Requirements:

• Perfect or near-perfect English skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Reliable and fast internet connection (required)
• Intelligent, professional, and motivated mindset
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during shifts

Work Schedule:

• Fixed shifts of 8 hours
• Depending on the workload, shifts may occasionally last longer

Payment:

• $1.5 per hour
• Additional 2% commission
• Additional bonuses for exceptional performance on specific days

Hiring Process:

• All applicants will go through several tests, including:
• English proficiency test
• IQ test
• Keyboard typing speed test
• Additional evaluations if necessary

After passing the tests, applicants will be invited to a video interview to ensure everything is a good fit.

Training Process:

If accepted, you will receive intensive training before officially starting the job.
During your first shifts, you will be able to observe experienced tea ---------- mbers and learn the workflow before handling tasks independently.
