Zoho One CRM Expert

oho CRM Expert (Part-Time, Remote)
We're looking for a Zoho CRM Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. If you know Zoho CRM inside and out and love building systems that help sales and operations run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Set up, configure, and customize Zoho CRM to match our business processes
Build and manage pipelines, modules, custom fields, and layouts
Create automations, workflows, and blueprints to reduce manual work
Maintain data integrity — imports, deduplication, and clean records
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
Suggest improvements based on best practices

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
Strong understanding of pipelines, automations, workflows, and custom modules
Experience with Zoho CRM integrations (email , forms, third-party tools)
Able to work independently and communicate clearly in English
Detail-oriented and proactive

Nice to Have

Zoho CRM certification
Experience with Zoho Flow or Zoho Analytics connected to CRM
Background supporting small to mid-sized businesses
