AI-Powered Right-Hand Wanted — Build, Fix & Ship With Me
I run several businesses — the marketing behind it, and a set of AI/automation ventures — and I need one organized, AI-native operator to take the recurring work off my plate and actually finish projects with me.
You won't just do admin. You'll use AI tools (Claude Code / Cowork, plus Google Flow and Nano Banana for media) to build, fix and ship real work.
What you'll own

Marketing ops: run the weekly Google Ads + Meta review across ~7 ad accounts, produce a one-page report with what to action, keep budgets and campaigns tidy, and clear unreplied Meta comments/messages.

CRM & leads: keep lead data clean in the CRM (Boxly), make sure every inbound enquiry is logged and followed up on time.
AI voice & chat (Fiacail.ie): we run ~10 voice/chat assistants. Review call/chat transcripts, fix the bot's responses and knowledge, build and load outbound call lists, monitor campaigns, and deploy chat widgets to sites that lack one.

Web/domain portfolio (: ~30 domains / 16 live projects. Fix SSL and redirects, clean placeholder content and broken links, and help push in-build sites to launch.

Price-tracking app: a dental-supplies price comparison + reorder tool. Run the monthly price refresh, convert supplier price lists (Excel/CSV/PDF) into the upload format, keep data current, and support staff using it.

Content & media: produce images/video for marketing using Google Flow and Nano Banana.
Research & data: market research, list-building, spreadsheet cleanup, and reconciliations.

You must

Be familiar with Claude Code / Cowork and able to use them to finish projects (this is core — not optional)
Be able to use Google Flow and Nano Banana for image/video generation
Be AI-native across ad managers, CRMs and spreadsheets (you don't need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable driving these tools)
Be ruthlessly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle several businesses at once
Have clear written English and be comfortable with Hubstaff time-tracking
Have 3–4 hrs daily overlap with Ireland (GMT)

A Claude subscription on a VM is provided.
