Job Title: Short-Form Video Editor / Reels Specialist (Part-Time, Long-Term)

About us:
We're a Miami-based human performance and longevity company. We're launching a daily short-form content channel (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and need a reliable editor to own our post-production pipeline long-term. This is a growing role that starts part-time and can expand to full-time as our output scales.

What you'll do:

• Take our raw recordings (both long-form sessions and short standalone clips) and turn them into polished, ready-to-post vertical reels
• Use AI-assisted tools (VEED, Submagic, or similar, and we'll cover the subscription) to clip long recordings into multiple shorts, then clean up the output
• Add and proofread captions (accuracy matters, since we use specialized health/science terms)
• Add relevant B-roll and simple graphics to make clips engaging
• Format for 9:16, ensure captions sit in the safe zone, and load finished clips into our scheduler
• Deliver a consistent daily posting queue

The 3 key skills we're looking for:
1. Fast, high-volume short-form editing using AI-assisted tools (VEED, Submagic, CapCut, or similar). You can turn one long recording into many polished clips efficiently.
2. Strong clip selection and hook instinct. You know how to find the most engaging ---------- nts in a long recording and open each clip with a hook that stops the scroll.
3. Precise, error-free captioning. Accurate transcription and clean caption styling, including careful handling of specialized health and science terminology.

Requirements:

• Proven short-form editing experience (please share 2 to 3 examples of reels/shorts you've edited)
• Comfortable with AI editing tools, or a fast learner willing to use our workflow
• Strong written English and attention to detail (captions must be error-free)
• Reliable, communicative, and available for consistent weekly turnaround
• Bonus: interest in health, fitness, wellness, or longevity content

Hours and pay:

• Part-time to start: around 15 to 20 hrs/week (target of 21 finished clips per week)
• $150 to $200/week depending on experience, reviewed at 90 days
• Clear path to full-time and higher pay as our output scales
