About Us

We are a fast-growing ecommerce company operating multiple Shopify brands across different markets.

We are looking for a highly experienced Shopify Funnel Builder (GemPages) & Dropshipping Manager who can take ownership of store operations, funnel building, reporting, localization, and conversion optimization.

This is NOT an entry-level Shopify VA position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently, execute quickly, solve problems, manage multiple stores, and keep operations organized without constant supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 2 years Shopify experience
• Minimum 2 years GemPages experience
• Experience managing multiple stores and brands
• Experience working in ecommerce and dropshipping
• Experience with funnel building and conversion optimization

Core Responsibilities

Daily & Monthly P&L Reporting (Heavy Focus)

You will be responsible for tracking profitability across multiple stores and brands.

Daily P&L Reporting

• Update Daily P&L sheets
• Track Revenue
• Track COGS
• Track Ad Spend
• Track Fees
• Track Refunds
• Track Gross Profit
• Identify profitable and losing stores
• Flag unusual changes in performance

Monthly P&L Reporting

• Prepare Monthly P&L reports
• Consolidate store performance data
• Analyze profitability by store and brand
• Compare month-over-month performance
• Provide operational insights and recommendations

Shopify Store Operations

• Manage multiple Shopify stores
• Create and manage products
• Manage variants and collections
• Create offers and promotions
• Maintain store settings
• Setup and maintain legal pages
• Perform daily store audits
• Perform QA before launches
• Troubleshoot store issues

Funnel Building (Heavy Focus)

Using GemPages:

• Build product pages
• Build advertorial pages
• Build landing pages
• Clone funnels from internal brands
• Recreate funnels from competitor stores
• Export and import GemPages pages
• Update and optimize existing funnels
• Publish and maintain pages

Product Page & Advertorial Management

• Create and update product pages
• Create and update advertorials
• Add FAQs
• Add images and videos
• Add new sections
• Implement competitor research
• Improve conversion rates

Upsells & Conversion Optimization

• Setup One Click Upsell (OCU)
• Create post-purchase upsells
• Create downsells
• Setup subscriptions
• Setup Kaching Bundles
• Create quantity breaks
• Create bundle offers
• Optimize Average Order Value (AOV)

Localization

• Localize pages from one language to another
• Translate funnels and advertorials
• Adapt offers to different markets
• Work with German and French stores

---

Creative & AI Asset Implementation

• Generate landing page images using AI tools
• Implement images and creative assets into funnels
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors
• Maintain visual consistency across stores
