We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead and grow our e-commerce business across Singapore, Malaysia, and eventually the Southeast Asian market.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, executes independently, and takes ownership of driving online sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce growth strategy.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Plan long-term expansion into new marketplaces and SEA markets.
Marketplace Management
Manage and optimise TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify stores.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Optimise SEO, product titles, descriptions, keywords, and content.
Monitor store health, customer ratings, and platform performance.
Campaign Planning
Plan and execute platform campaigns, flash sales, mega campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities.
Coordinate launch strategies for new products.
Create monthly promotional calendars.
Digital Marketing
Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
Manage TikTok Ads and Google Ads (preferred).
Optimise advertising performance and ROAS.
Work with the creative team to produce high-converting marketing creatives.
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Source and manage influencers and content creators across SEA.
Build and manage affiliate programmes.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs including:
Sales
Traffic
Conversion rate
ROAS
CAC
AOV
Repeat purchase rate
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data.
Brand Growth
Work closely with designers and content creators.
Develop creative campaign ideas.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
Customer Experience
Improve the online customer journey.
Optimise product pages and checkout experience.
Work with customer service to improve satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms.
Proven experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with TikTok Ads (preferred).
Experience with Google Ads (preferred).
Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to interpret sales and advertising data.
Excellent English communication skills.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Experience launching new consumer brands.
Experience in health, fitness, supplements, apparel, or FMCG.
Knowledge of Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or email marketing.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Canva AI.

Experience managing international marketplaces.
