About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our team!

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle within our organization. This role is responsible for recruitment, payroll support, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records, all while helping build a positive and engaged workplace.

The role also includes coordinating employee engagement activities and providing administrative support, so we are looking for someone who is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling a variety of HR functions at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll & payments and send payslips to employees
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as creating invoices and tabulating data
  • Post job ads on OnlineJobs, Indeed, Seek, and other recruitment platforms
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Prepare and issue employee contracts, and HR-related letters
  • Monitor employee leave, attendance, allowances and other benefits
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and coordinate with Reporting Officers on related matters
  • Plan and support employee engagement initiatives, recognition events, and employee birthday celebrations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, leave accruals, payroll data, and confidential human resource files and records
  • Administer employee benefits, allowances, and incentive computations (e.g., Cadence)
  • Support the HR Manager in policy development and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws for onsite PH employees
  • Perform other duties as delegated

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR role covering recruitment, payroll, labor laws or employee relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to resolve payroll issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with attendance/HR systems such as TimeDoctor/Timeproof is a plus
  • Familiar with ---------- and Slack
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tabulation) and MS Office

Working Days and Hours

  • Full-time basis – 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
  • Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm PH Time (30-minute lunch break)
  • 14 days of Paid Annual Leave and Paid Public Holiday Benefits (all major Philippine holidays) included
