ABOUT US

We run a fast-growing online jewelry shop selling to customers in the United States. We move fast, we use the latest AI tools in our daily workflow, and we're building a small team of true A-players. THE ROLE

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-focused product listings for our Shopify store. This is not a copy-paste job. We're looking for someone who treats product listing as a craft: sharp copy, beautiful AI-generated visuals, clean data, and a constant drive to improve how we work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and publish polished product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, tags, collections)
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to write compelling, on-brand product copy
• Generate and edit product images and short videos using AI image/video generation tools
• Continuously improve and refine our AI prompts — and proactively suggest better ones
• Keep our Google Sheets (product data, trackers, workflows) accurate and up to date
• Follow our SOPs precisely — and suggest improvements when you see a smarter way
• Communicate daily with the team via Slack
• Bring new ideas: trending products, better listing structures, tools, and workflows that help our shop grow

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of proven experience in product listing (Shopify preferred — please mention the stores/niches you've worked in)
• Strong Shopify knowledge — you understand how the platform works beyond just adding products (collections, variants, apps, themes basics)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: Claude and/or ChatGPT for copywriting, plus AI image and video generation (e.g. Higgsfield, DALL·E, Runway, or similar)
• Excellent prompting skills — you know how to get great output from AI, and you improve prompts on your own initiative
• Google Sheets proficiency — comfortable with organized data, formulas, and trackers
• Experience with Slack for daily team communication
• Excellent written English — your copy sells our products
• Detail-obsessed — you catch the typo, the wrong price, the missing variant, every time
• SOP-driven — you follow processes exactly, and you document what you learn
• Proactive and innovative — you don't wait to be told; you spot opportunities and bring ideas to grow the shop
• Flexible and quickly reachable — you respond fast during working hours and can adapt when priorities shift

WHAT MAKES YOU AN A-PLAYER (NICE TO HAVE)

• Understanding of what makes a listing convert (benefit-driven copy, emotional angles, gift positioning)
• Basic photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Familiarity with US customer psychology and seasonal trends (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas)
• Experience working with dropshipping or e-commerce teams
