We are looking for a highly organized, people-focused, and detail-oriented Client Success & Agent Support Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients while supporting our growing team of insurance agents.

Responsibilities
Client Care
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Contact clients for policy follow-ups.
- Confirm clients have received their mailed policies.
- Ensure Final Wishes Guide (FCGS) is completed.
- Verify FCGS cards have been issued to emergency contacts.
- Make birthday calls and send birthday greetings.
- Manage and promote our client referral program.
- Coordinate appreciation gifts for clients.
Agent Support
- Schedule and facilitate role-play sessions.
- Assist with weekly game plan and promotion meetings.
- Provide administrative support to help agents stay organized and productive.
- Maintain accurate client and agent records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, text, and email .
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Positive attitude with a heart for serving others.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- CRM experience is a plus but not required.
