ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who can help run the company's daily operations, manage and train staff, monitor performance, organise the CRM and support business development.
This is not a basic VA or admin role.
You must be confident managing people, enforcing deadlines, following up with staff, speaking with prospective clients and solving problems without waiting for constant instructions from the Founder.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily business operations.
Manage, train and monitor remote staff.
Set daily targets and staff KPIs.
Follow up with employees and ensure work is completed.
Review staff reports and CRM activity.
Handle poor performance professionally.
Assist with hiring, onboarding and probation reviews.
Manage leads, client enquiries and follow-ups.
Support outbound calls, email s and business development.
Help convert enquiries into clients.
Keep the CRM accurate and organised.
Prepare daily and weekly business reports.
Identify problems and fix them quickly.
Keep the Founder updated without creating extra work.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of relevant experience. - WE DO BACKGROUND CHECKS DONT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN A B2B COMPANY - Have you worked as a Manager for the same company for at least 3 years between 2022 and 2026?
Experience managing or coordinating staff.
Experience training employees.
Experience monitoring KPIs and performance.
Experience using CRM systems.
Business development or client-facing experience.
Strong written and spoken English.
Confidence speaking on calls.
Ability to work independently.
Professional, reliable and organised.
Stable internet, laptop and quiet workspace.
Available full-time, 9:00am-5:00pm UK time.
No other job during working hours.
PAY
$4-$8 per hour, depending on experience.
Higher rates will only be considered for candidates with proven staff-management, KPI, CRM and business-development experience.
Performance bonuses may be available.
