Schedule:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Timezone: GMT+8 (Singapore, Manila, Beijing)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, supporting sales and recruitment initiatives, and improving business processes through automation and digital tools.

If you're resourceful, organized, and comfortable handling customer interactions while working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support through email , chat, and inbound phone calls.
Conduct outbound prospecting and telemarketing to generate new business opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives for sales and recruitment campaigns.
Create and manage marketing content across digital platforms.
Help digitalize and streamline administrative processes using Microsoft Power Platform.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information.
Manage corporate email communications professionally.
Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and customer experience.
Use AI tools to enhance productivity and support daily tasks.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales support, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional phone etiquette and email communication skills.
Resourceful, creative, and proactive problem solver.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, or related tools).
Experience using AI tools such as Claude AI or similar productivity tools.
Comfortable learning and using customer support platforms such as tawk.to.
Background or experience in the insurance industry.
Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, or recruitment marketing.
Knowledge of workflow automation and process improvement.
