Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.
Develop relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and recommend new growth initiatives.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with revenue goals.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Promote and sell a range of professional business services and solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.
Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with employers, business associations, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, government agencies, professional organizations, and referral partners.
Identify partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
Represent the business professionally during networking events and virtual meetings.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional services through cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct regular client relationship reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
Pipeline Management
Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database.
Track leads, sales opportunities, and proposal progress.
Prepare monthly pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and business development updates.
Monitor proposal conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research & Commercial Intelligence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Identify emerging business opportunities and new markets.
Provide recommendations on new services, strategic initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with business development activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting through onboarding.
Required Qualifications
Business Development & Sales
Proven experience identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Experience selling professional services, consulting solutions, or B2B business services.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Relationship Management
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Experience engaging with senior executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
Ability to establish trust and build long-term client relationships.
Commercial Acumen
Strong understanding of business development strategies and revenue generation.
Ability to identify commercial opportunities and deliver value-based solutions.
Financial awareness with an understanding of return on investment (ROI).

Professional presentation and proposal-writing abilities.

Established network within the Saint Lucia business community is an advantage.
Work Schedule
Remote
Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday
