We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help generate qualified leads, strengthen our online presence, and support long-term business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has proven experience running Facebook Ads for local service-based businesses and understands how to drive leads through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, creative, and constantly looking for ways to improve campaign performance and marketing results.
Experience working with home services, construction, contractors, trades, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook & Instagram Advertising (Primary Focus)
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead through ongoing testing and optimization
Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, offers, and targeting strategies
Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations
Identify new opportunities to increase lead generation and conversion rates
Google Ads & Local SEO Support
Assist in optimizing existing Google Ads campaigns
Support local SEO initiatives to improve search visibility
Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile listings
Monitor local search performance and recommend improvements
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule social media content
Develop engaging captions, posts, reels, and promotional content
Repurpose project photos, customer testimonials, educational content, and special offers
Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across platforms
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Contribute to the development of lead generation and marketing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Recommend new marketing initiatives to improve business growth
Support the overall sales and marketing funnel with data-driven insights
Required
4+ years of proven experience managing Facebook Ads for service-based businesses
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing
Experience managing business social media accounts
Working knowledge of Google Ads and local SEO
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
Preferred
Experience marketing for construction, painting, home service, or contractor businesses
Video editing experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or other marketing reporting tools
Schedule:
Part-Time Position (20 Hours Per Week)
Fully Remote
Must have some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
