Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Management
Prepare and track HCBS service billing.
Verify service documentation prior to billing.
Monitor claim submissions and payments.
Track outstanding balances and unpaid claims.
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies.
Generate billing reports and revenue summaries.
Accounts Receivable
Monitor incoming payments.
Track outstanding invoices.
Follow up on unpaid balances.
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Generate aging reports.
Accounts Payable
Process vendor invoices.
Maintain payment schedules.
Track recurring expenses.
Assist with contractor and vendor payments.
Payroll Support
Review employee timesheets and payroll information.
Verify payroll accuracy.
Maintain payroll records.
Coordinate payroll processing with management.
Financial Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Track company revenue and expenses.
Monitor cash flow.
Assist with budget preparation.
Create management dashboards and financial summaries.
Administrative & Compliance Support
Maintain organized financial records.
Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
Ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate.
Develop and improve accounting processes and procedures.
