The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Project Manager to support the Head of Supply Chain in executing Crafti's day-to-day operations - supplier coordination, production tracking and inventory management.
This role requires someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Supply chain runs around the clock. Our suppliers operate across time zones, and updates can come at any hour. This is not a typical Monday to Friday, clock-in clock-out job.
You'll thrive here if you:

- Can process high volumes of information from multiple channels simultaneously and translate them into clear next actions, without needing someone to connect the dots

- You are not comfortable working outside standard hours when suppliers or shipments require it

What You'll Do
- Supplier Communication & Coordination — monitor all communication channels daily and respond to supplier and team updates with urgency. Chase production status updates from 10+ suppliers at the same time
- Inventory Allocation — manage production splits across sales channels
- Production Tracking — update production records in our tracking database with same-day accuracy. Coordinate manufacturing schedules, flag any production delays or risks to the team proactively.
- Purchase Order & Manufacturing Order Management — create and track POs and MOs in MRPeasy.
- QC Process Management — prepare QC quote requests with QC checklists attached, coordinate QC inspections and review defect documentation
- Shipping Coordination — prepare transfer requests and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure products move from production to warehouses in Singapore and the US on schedule.
- Inventory Reporting — prepare monthly inventory reports, action low-stock items, and complete month-end reconciliation
What We Are Looking For:
Skills:
- 2+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics at a product company
- Experience managing active supplier relationships
- Responsive and comfortable across multiple communication platforms simultaneously (WhatsApp, email , Wechat)
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Tech tools and AI

Details
This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines.
Remuneration: PHP 70,000 – 130,000 per month (based on experience)
Commitment: Full-time, Philippine business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm PHT) with flexibility for supplier updates outside standard hours)
