About the Role

Facebook Ads Media Buyer & Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced * *Facebook Ads Media Buyer** to manage our advertising accounts on an ongoing basis.

This is not just a campaign-launching role. We need someone who actively monitors performance, handles problems quickly, communicates clearly, and helps us understand what is working and what needs to change.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Check the ad account 1–5 times per day
  • Monitor campaign performance, spending, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics
  • Identify winning ads, audiences, angles, and campaigns
  • Identify underperforming ads and recommend improvements
  • Scale profitable campaigns while controlling costs
  • Pause or adjust campaigns when performance drops
  • Handle rejected ads, account warnings, and appeal processes
  • Monitor and answer Facebook ad comments
  • Hide or remove spam, inappropriate comments, and harmful feedback
  • Provide regular performance reports
  • Clearly explain what is working, what is not working, and what actions should be taken next
  • Communicate quickly when there are account issues or major performance changes

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads for e-commerce brands
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimization, scaling, retargeting, and creative testing
  • Experience handling rejected ads and Meta account issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with daily budgets and making fast decisions
  • Reliable, proactive, and available for daily account monitoring
  • Good written English
  • Experience managing >Facebook com ments and customer interactions
