Quality Control Admin — Real Estate Media
Curated from source
About Us
We are a Canadian real estate media company that produces high-end photography, video, drone footage, and floor plans for real estate agents and brokerages. Our work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven — agents need their listings live quickly, and the quality of every deliverable reflects directly on our reputation.
We're a small, growing team and we take pride in producing work that stands out. We're now looking for a detail-focused admin to own our quality control process and make sure every photo gallery and floor plan that goes out the door meets our standard before it reaches the client.
The Role
You will be the last set of eyes on every deliverable before it's sent to the client. Your job is to review completed photo galleries and floor plans, flag anything that doesn't meet our quality standard, and approve deliverables for delivery — all inside our project management and delivery platforms.
This is not a creative editing role. It's a precision review role. You need a sharp eye, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow a checklist consistently.
What You'll Do
Photo QC
Review completed real estate photo galleries in Aryeo (our delivery platform)
Check for issues including: incorrect exposure or color, visible objects that should have been removed (cords, clutter), blurry or out-of-focus images, missed shots from the required shot list, incorrect order/sequencing of photos
Log any issues clearly so the editor knows exactly what to fix and where
Approve galleries that meet standard and flag those that need revision
Floor Plan QC
Review iGuide floor plans for accuracy and presentation
Check that room labels are correct and consistently named
Check that the layout is clean, legible, and matches the property
Flag any errors or inconsistencies before delivery
Admin & Tracking
Update task statuses in ClickUp as jobs move through QC
Keep a simple log of common revision types to help identify recurring issues
Communicate revision requests to the editor clearly and professionally
Confirm re-submissions meet the standard before approving
Tools We Use
Aryeo — our delivery and gallery platform (you will review and approve/reject galleries here)
ClickUp — task and project management (you will update job statuses here)
Dropbox — file access for floor plans
We will train you on all of these tools. You do not need prior experience with them, but you do need to be comfortable learning software quickly.
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail — this is the most important quality for this role
Good eye for image quality (exposure, sharpness, color balance) — prior experience with real estate photo review or photo editing is a strong asset but not required
Clear, professional written English for logging revision notes
Reliable, consistent, and self-managed — you'll be working async and we need someone who follows through without being chased
Comfortable following SOPs and checklists
Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Hours & Compensation
Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with the potential to grow as our volume increases
Schedule: Flexible, but turnaround on QC reviews must happen within a set window (usually same business day)
Pay: Competitive for this type of role — we will discuss rate based on your experience
