Job Title: GoHighLevel Technical Integrator (Website Setup, DNS & Automations)
About the Project:
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Integrator to connect our existing website to a new GHL account. We are not looking for someone to build a website from scratch. Your role is to build the technical bridge between our current site and GHL, ensure our email and SMS infrastructure is 100% compliant, and set up our foundational marketing automations.

Core Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & Compliance Setup

Configure domain and subdomain DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT, MX) to connect our existing website to GHL.

Set up proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure high deliverability and avoid spam folders.

Manage our complete A2P 10DLC Standard Brand and Campaign registration. You must ensure our legal business name matches our EIN/147c letter perfectly to guarantee approval.

2. Website Integration

Create a GHL subdomain for our landing pages and tracking links.

Build custom GHL contact forms and appointment calendars, and embed them onto our existing website platform.

Install the GHL tracking pixel on our main site to monitor lead behavior.

Ensure all website opt-in forms include the mandatory TCPA-compliant consent language, privacy policy, and terms of service links required for SMS carrier approval.

3. Workflow Automation & CRM Configuration

Build a customized CRM pipeline that reflects our actual sales process.

Create an automated "Speed to Lead" workflow that triggers instantly when a website form is submitted (e.g., Tag applied -> Pipeline stage updated -> Internal notification -> Immediate SMS/Email to the lead).

Troubleshoot and test all triggers to ensure there are no silent failures before launch.

Requirements
You must have proven, hands-on experience specifically with the technical backend of GoHighLevel (not just front-end page building).

You must have successfully navigated the A2P 10DLC registration process in 2025/2026 and understand the strict carrier requirements for opt-in compliance.

Fluent in managing DNS records across providers (e.g., Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap).

Strong English communication skills to document what you built and hand it over clearly.
