We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital marketing channels.
Initially, this role will focus on growing our presence in the Singapore and Malaysia markets, with the opportunity to scale and expand our brands across the globe.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both marketplace operations and digital marketing, and can drive sales through strategic campaigns, creative execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify stores for the Singapore and Malaysia markets.
- Develop scalable e-commerce strategies to support future expansion into other countries.
- Create, upload, and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, videos, and SEO keywords.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash sales, platform-wide campaigns, and product launches.
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, budget management, and performance optimisation.
- Plan and manage organic content across Facebook , Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and other key marketing metrics.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor, consumer, and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for business growth.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-converting, engaging, and viral content for TikTok, Facebook , Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, promotional concepts, product launches, and trend-driven content that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Provide creative direction by identifying trending content, viral hooks, ad angles, and platform trends to maximise both organic and paid performance. Skilled in graphic design and any other visual creation is a plus point.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure marketing assets are optimised for each platform.
- Continuously test and optimise creatives, messaging, landing pages, advertisements, and marketing funnels to improve CTR, engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
- Source, identify, and build relationships with micro-influencers, content creators, affiliates, ambassadors, and KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook , YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product seeding, affiliate campaigns, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Track influencer performance and ROI, ensuring collaborations align with overall marketing objectives.
- Ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and promotions remain accurate across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends, marketplace updates, platform algorithms, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Hands-on experience running and optimising Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, e-commerce marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience in product listing optimisation, campaign management, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, influencer marketing, and viral content creation.
- Experience working with micro-influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, or KOL campaigns is highly preferred.
- A proactive, self-driven, and creative mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and consistently generate fresh marketing ideas that drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a bonus but not required.
- Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.
