URGENT HIRING!!

JOB TITLE: Google Media Buyer

This is a full-time role for a Google Media Buyer. You’ll be responsible for the execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns across Google Ads surfaces (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen). You’ll work closely with Strategists and Creators to deploy UGC-driven campaigns, manage budgets, and leverage AI-powered buying strategies.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Execution
Take full ownership of the Google Ads account
Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Demand Gen).
Maintain campaign guardrails: brand vs. non-brand search, PMax asset groups, YouTube whitelisting, and Demand Gen deployment.
Creative Deployment & Rights Management
Source, upload, and organize rights-cleared creator content (UGC, founder videos, brand assets).
Manage creator whitelisting (channel linking or URL permissions).
Deploy assets in required formats: images (1.91:1, 1:1, 4:5), vertical & long-form video, ad copy (headlines + descriptions).

Optimization & Testing
Run bi-weekly low-cost testing loops: add new assets, launch fresh asset groups, and iterate.
Apply thresholds: pause underperformers, scale winners, refresh every 30–45 days.
Monitor PMAX ad strength, feed health, and attribution accuracy.

Budget & Measurement
Ensure proper pacing of media spend while maximizing ROAS and CPA efficiency.
Apply consistent UTM frameworks for cross-channel measurement.
Use server-side integrations (Upstackified) to sync Shopify/Klaviyo/CRM data.

Data, Feeds & Signals
Maintain Merchant Center feeds (via Symprosys) and resolve disapprovals.
Set up custom segments (keywords, URLs, apps) and leverage creator-driven audiences.
Build lifecycle audiences (purchasers, cart abandoners, product viewers) for retargeting.

Collaboration & Reporting
Complete and submit weekly performance reports
Partner with Strategists and Designers to align creative and strategy.
Provide performance insights: wins, trends, and scaling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and rights agreements.

Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns in an agency or eCommerce setting.
Proven success managing PMAX, YouTube Ads, and Search campaigns for acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of UGC-driven creative strategy and rights management.
Experience with Shopify integrations, product feed management, and data syncs.
Familiarity with attribution, UTMs, and cross-channel measurement.
Detail-oriented with strong executional discipline and ability to troubleshoot fast.
Clear communicator, able to work with Strategists, Creators, and Designers to drive performance.

Bonus:
Experience with Refunnel, Social Snowball, Upstackified, Symprosys.
Comfort running true YouTube whitelisting campaigns with creators.
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or other attribution tools.

Rate: $1,000 USD
Schedule: Full-time, PST time ( 8 hours/day, Monday - Friday)
Requirement: Minimum 5 years related experience
