HA Agency is a marketing and creative agency working with a roster of U.S.-based clients. We're looking for a reliable, personable Account Manager to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our clients and help keep those relationships running smoothly.
About the Role.
We need a part-time Account Manager who can own client communication and relationship management. You'll be the friendly, professional voice our clients hear from regularly, keeping them informed, addressing questions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between our team and theirs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of client accounts
Manage day-to-day client communication via email , chat, and video calls
Provide regular check-ins and status updates to keep clients informed
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to support retention
Relay client feedback, requests, and priorities to the internal team
Flag issues or concerns early and help resolve them proactively
