Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Content & Social Media Coordinator to help manage the planning, repurposing, scheduling, and execution of content across our digital platforms.

This person will work closely with Menina and the editing team to keep content moving consistently, prepare weekly content for approval, identify strong ---------- nts from podcast and long form content, support captions and creative direction, and ensure posts are scheduled and published correctly across platforms.

This is not just a posting role. This person should be able to think strategically, stay highly organized, and help turn existing content into a smoother, more consistent content system.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Build and manage a weekly and monthly content calendar
Prepare content in advance for weekly approval
Organize content around key brand pillars and business priorities
Review long form podcast interviews and identify strong clip opportunities, teaching ---------- nts, emotionally compelling ---------- nts, and mic drop ---------- nts
Create content ideas and clear direction for the video editing team
Review video edits and ensure they align with the brand and platform needs
Do light video editing when needed
Write or support the creation of captions, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and newsletter content
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email
Post natively where needed and optimize content per platform
Repurpose one piece of source content into multiple platform specific assets
Maintain organized systems for assets, scheduling, and workflow using tools like Notion and Vista Social
Track content performance and identify what is working, what should be improved, and what should be repeated
Support lead generation, audience growth, and sales through strong content execution
Collaborate with the team to improve content systems and workflows over time

Success in this role will be measured by:

Consistency of posting
Stronger content organization and execution
Improved engagement across platforms
Follower growth
Better use of podcast and archive content
Stronger support for lead generation and sales
Quality of content direction and editor coordination
Reduced bottlenecks in the content process

The broader content system emphasizes weekly review of follower growth, engagement, shares, saves, comments, DMs, link clicks, podcast traffic, mentorship inquiries, and email performance.

Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in content management, social media coordination, or a similar content focused role
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Experience repurposing long form content into short form content
Ability to identify strong hooks, high value ---------- nts, and compelling clip opportunities
Experience working with video editors and giving clear creative direction
Light video editing skills
Strong copywriting and caption writing ability
Experience planning, batching, organizing, and scheduling content
Working knowledge of AI tools for content ideation and copy support
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and stay organized without constant supervision
