We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive AI Automations Specialist to help streamline, optimize, and automate as much of our business as possible.

This is a part time remote role with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is passionate about AI, systems, workflow optimization, and finding smarter ways to run an online business. We are looking for someone who is not only technical, but also creative, detail oriented, and constantly thinking ahead.

This role will start as part time and has the potential to grow into a full time position for the right person as the business and systems continue to expand.

The role is expected to be up to 20 hours per week to start. Compensation can be structured either as an hourly rate or as a flat monthly part time rate, depending on experience, skill level, and overall fit. We are open to discussing a structure that makes sense for both sides.

About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining our current automations, improving existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and continuously identifying new opportunities to automate team workflows, client experience, sales processes, communication, and backend operations.

We want someone who stays current with the latest AI tools and automation trends and can bring fresh ideas to the table. You should be excited by the idea of helping build a business that runs smarter, faster, and with less manual work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations and workflows
Build new automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and AI powered tools
Integrate and optimize systems across platforms including Notion, Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, Typeform, JotForm, Fathom, Quo, Mailerlite and other business tools
Continuously identify inefficiencies and propose better automated solutions
Help automate internal team workflows, follow up systems, sales support systems, onboarding, and operational tasks
Suggest innovative ways to reduce manual work and improve communication across the business
Support future AI initiatives such as building an AI phone receptionist and more advanced AI driven systems
Explore how tools like Claude Code and other emerging technologies can be used to automate 75 percent or more of the business over time
Document workflows and clearly communicate how automations are set up and maintained
Ensure systems are reliable, organized, and easy for the team to use

Compensation Structure
Compensation is open and can be structured either as hourly part time work or as a flat monthly retainer, depending on experience, efficiency, and fit.
