DM Appointment Setter

I am currently looking to add an additional full-time DM appointment setter to join my sales team who will qualify prospects for my BUSINESS OF DANCE online mentorship program.

This is a very unique offer that caters to aspiring professional dancers (age 5 - adult). We have amazing client testimonials and results (ie. dancing with Rihanna - Super Bowl, Shania Twain, Disney commercials, New York & Paris Fashion Week, signing with agents etc. )

Ideal Qualities

• You have SALES experience AND a background in DANCE (ideal but not required)
• You love connecting with people (parents & dancers of all ages); you are energized by building relationships, challenging people to be their best, and holding them accountable to what they say.
• You are confident, well spoken, natural leader
• You are motivated by success and growth
• You are extroverted and energized by learning about people and their stories.
• You’re coachable, with the ability to adapt and evolve quickly to organizational changes
• Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, team player, organized, and great at measuring results, and meeting deadlines.
• We will provide all the training resources (script, KPI tracker, CRM etc)
• You will use Instagram, Facebook , Many Chat, Open Phone & Calendly (we will train you)

HIRING ASAP

• Training period: 2 weeks
• Hours: Full Time (up to 8 hours per day x 6 days week)
• Must attend occasional group meetings to report to the team

BONUSES:
1–5 sales $50 per sale ($50–$250)
6–10 sales- $75 per sale ($450–$750)
11–15 sales- $100 per sale ( $1,100–$1,500)
16–20 sales $125 per sale ( $2,000–$2,500)
20+ sales $150 per sale ($3,000+)
