Chat Sales Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We are a professional digital creator management team. We're hiring remote chat specialists to manage customer communications for an established creator in the English-speaking North American market.

You'll be the voice of the creator — engaging fans through direct messaging, building genuine rapport, and driving revenue through strategic sales conversations. You'll follow proven scripts and use our CreatorHero platform to keep every interaction professional and on-brand.

Position Details

Role: Chat Sales Specialist
Type: Remote, Full-Time
Schedule: Shift-based, with some evening/late-night US Eastern (EST) coverage
Start Date: Immediately
Pay: $3/hour base + 3% commission

What You'll Do

Manage customer conversations on the creator's account via our platform
Build authentic relationships and keep fans engaged
Guide conversations toward premium content sales and upsells
Follow our scripts, hotkeys, and CreatorHero tools
Track customer preferences and keep detailed notes
Respond quickly (under 90-second target) and professionally
Meet daily quality and performance standards

What You'll Earn

Base: $3/hour
Commission: 3% of the revenue you generate, rising to 5% for top performers
Performance bonuses for hitting targets
Pay review after 90 days
Real earning upside — the better you close, the more you make

Requirements

Written English at B2 level or higher (fluent, natural, persuasive)
Chat sales, customer support, or community management experience (PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Comfortable building close, personal relationships with an adult audience
Flexible availability, including some morning/evening/late-night US Eastern hours
Reliable, professional, organized, and open to feedback
Strong familiarity with American wording, pop culture, and current trends??
Sales experience or natural sales instinct a plus
Laptop + stable internet connection (100 Mbps +)
Typing speed above 50 WPM
