Video Editor / Creative Editor

Looking for video editors with REAL experience working for brands, & experience with making ad creatives, needs to have experience working with AI tools as well, such as higgsfield, etc. You will have access to many tools to help with the creation of ad creatives, such as higgsfield, google studio, arcads, heygen, capcut pro, elevenlabs, envato, & others. There will be some courses also provided for assistance to improve skills in making custom creatives. You will create realistic AI UGC, and cartoon / animated ads mainly. You will be working closely with a creative strategist that will guide you on most steps of the creative process. You will need to source good b roll, and iterate on winning ads. You will need to turn briefs and raw assets into creatives that will stop scrolling and convert well. You will NEED to speak and understand english well. Compensation will grow, and we are looking for a longterm role, We will set a time and join a call with you to further discuss this opportunity.
