About the Role

Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Welcome!

I’m a busy professional looking for a highly organized, dependable, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to help me stay organized and keep life running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with me on a wide variety of administrative and organizational tasks. Every day is a little different. One day you might organize my inbox, another day you might research software, compare travel options, help with bookkeeping, schedule appointments, create a spreadsheet, or follow up with a company by phone.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys bringing order to busy lives. If you love organizing, solving problems, learning new skills, and making someone else’s day easier, this may be a great fit for you.

I’m not looking for someone to simply complete tasks. I’m looking for someone who wants to become a trusted long-term partner—someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and helps me become more productive.

You don’t need to know everything when you start. I’m happy to train the right person. What matters most to me is that you’re intelligent, resourceful, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

I value people who think independently, communicate clearly, and ask thoughtful questions when something isn’t clear.

As your responsibilities, skills, and independence grow, your compensation and opportunities will grow as well. My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with someone who is excited to grow alongside me.

?

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing and organizing my email inbox
  • Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Researching products, services, and solutions
  • Making phone calls and following up with businesses
  • Scheduling appointments and managing my calendar
  • Creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Organizing projects and tracking progress
  • Helping me prioritize tasks and stay on schedule
  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks as needed
  • Learning new responsibilities as my needs grow

No two days will look exactly the same, and that’s part of what makes this role interesting.

?

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has excellent written and spoken English
  • Uses outstanding grammar and punctuation
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys solving problems and learning new things
  • Researches possible solutions before asking for help
  • Follows directions carefully
  • Takes ownership of your work
  • Is dependable, honest, and proactive
  • Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
  • Wants a long-term opportunity where you can grow professionally

Experience is helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important.

?

Schedule

This is a full-time remote position.

Most work can be completed during your daytime hours in the Philippines. Some responsibilities, such as phone calls and coordinating with U.S. businesses, will require availability during U.S. business hours. We’ll work together to create a schedule that works well for both of us.

?

Growth Opportunity

This position starts at $300 USD per month during the training period.

I’m looking for someone to grow with over the long term. As you become more independent, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate strong performance, your compensation will increase. I value loyalty, initiative, and continuous improvement, and I believe those qualities should be rewarded.
