Virtual Assistant (Airbnb Operations & E-commerce) | Long-Term Opportunity

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
4:00 AM – 1:00 PM PHT (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST)
9-hour shifts

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is a long-term opportunity supporting two growing businesses—a short-term rental management company and a pet e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities

You may be assigned tasks such as:

Short-Term Rental Operations

• Guest communication
• Reservation management
• Coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams
• Calendar and listing management
• General administrative support

E-commerce Support

• Shopify product updates
• Photo editing
• Product management
• Administrative tasks

No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys learning new things and can adapt to different responsibilities.

• Reliable and accountable
• Comfortable working independently
• Has excellent written English
• Has a stable internet connection and a reliable computer

Training:
Experience in Airbnb, Shopify, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and will guide you through our systems and processes to help you succeed.
