I'm looking for one dedicated video editor for a long-term collaboration on a YouTube channel.

What You'll Be Editing

Videos are usually 10–14 minutes long
Around 5–7 videos per week (if everything goes well, you can take on more if you'd like)
Voice-overs will be provided
The editing style is easy to follow
Each video should typically be completed within 1 day (unless I say otherwise)

Style & Expectations
The content is commentary/news.

The most important part of this role is:

Carefully listening to the voice-over
Finding appropriate footage
Placing the right footage at the right time

You must be communicative and respond quickly.
You must be fluent in English.
You must be reliable and straightforward.

Availability

Intended to be a full-time collaboration
A long-term mindset is essential
If we work well together, I have multiple channels we can work on together

Payment

Pay: $2.00 per finished minute
Average upload duration: 10–14 minutes
Uploads: 5–7 videos per week (with the opportunity to take on more if you'd like)
Approximately: 22–30 videos per month

Estimated monthly earnings: $ ---------- , depending on the number and length of videos.
