About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Revenue Operations Specialist to help us identify, research, prioritize, organize, and track business development opportunities.

This is not a cold-calling or sales-closing position.

You will work behind the scenes to make sure our team knows:

  • Which companies should be prioritized
  • What is happening inside those companies
  • Who the right contacts are
  • Why we may have a reason to contact them
  • What follow-up should happen next
  • Whether opportunities are properly recorded and tracked
  • Your work will directly support our ability to generate more qualified business conversations.

What You’ll Do

  • Company and Prospect Research
  • Research target companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth market
  • Identify CFOs, Controllers, finance leaders, business owners, and other decision-makers
  • Monitor leadership changes, company growth, acquisitions, private equity activity, funding, expansions, promotions, and hiring activity
  • Identify open, aged, or reposted accounting and finance positions
  • Verify information using reliable sources
  • Prepare short company research and meeting-preparation summaries
  • Recommend which companies and contacts should be prioritized and explain why

Lead and CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate company and contact records in JobAdder
  • Update contact information, notes, tags, relationship history, statuses, and follow-up dates
  • Check for duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records
  • Track current clients, past clients, candidates, placed candidates, referral partners, podcast guests, and strategic relationships
  • Organize opportunities by priority and next action
  • Help make sure important follow-ups do not get missed
  • Support CRM cleanup, reports, dashboards, and data-quality projects

Outreach and Campaign Support

  • Build, clean, verify, and upload prospect lists
  • Support LinkedIn and email campaigns using Dripify and ----------
  • Monitor replies, connection requests, engagement, bounced email s, and opt-outs
  • Stop automated outreach when someone responds
  • Categorize responses and flag positive opportunities
  • Route important replies to the correct tea ---------- mber with the necessary context
  • Keep campaign activity and next steps organized

AI and Process Improvement

  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to assist with research, summaries, prioritization, meeting preparation, and workflow documentation
  • Verify AI-generated facts before they are used
  • Help create prompts, checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify repetitive work that can be automated or simplified
  • Assist with tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Lists, Excel, and similar platforms
  • Help improve our lead-generation and business development system over time

What Success Looks Like
You will be successful when:

  • Priority companies and contacts are consistently identified
  • Trigger events are discovered and verified quickly
  • Research is accurate, concise, and useful
  • CRM information is clean and reliable
  • Every active opportunity has an owner, status, and next action
  • Positive replies are identified and routed promptly
  • Outreach campaigns remain organized
  • Follow-ups do not fall through the cracks
  • Leadership has a clear view of current business development opportunities
  • More qualified conversations are generated each month

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience in lead generation, CRM management, sales operations, revenue operations, recruiting operations, market research, or business development support
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong company and internet research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience working with a CRM, database, or detailed spreadsheet
  • Ability to turn large amounts of information into clear priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and asking questions when instructions are unclear
  • Comfortable documenting processes and following repeatable workflows
  • Interested in using AI and technology responsibly
  • Able to work full-time during U.S. Central Time business hours
  • This must be your primary full-time position
