We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable tea ---------- mber who can help support lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and CRM management across multiple accounts. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

This role is critical to helping our sales pipeline active and organized. If leads are missed, follow-ups delayed, or CRM records incomplete, opportunities are lost and team performance slows down.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the frontline sales professional responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying motivated sellers, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by ensuring only high-quality opportunities move forward.

You’ll work closely with a supportive, performance-driven team that values consistency, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Inside Sales Agent (REQUIRED)
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Background in real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, or property sales is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to qualify leads, uncover motivation, and handle objections
  • Confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence
  • Excellent English communication skills (clear, neutral accent preferred)
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to nurture leads over time
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, dialers, and lead management tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with data entry and notes
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to hit daily/weekly call and appointment targets
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Positive attitude and genuine interest in building rapport and long-term relationships

Preferred (Big Plus)
-Experience with real estate industry
-Experience working with US-based/remote clients

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) with backup connection
  • Reliable laptop/desktop and smartphone
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for sales calls
